Great shipping and delivery
“Dear Craters & Freighters: I recently faced the challenge of consigning an important and very fragile oil painting for shipment to a collector in San Francisco. After receiving a recommendation from Sherry Leedy, I decided to go with Craters & Freighters.
The collector in San Francisco called me as soon as the painting arrived, and told me that he was very impressed with the delivery service I chose. He remarked that the painting was extremely well insulated. He noticed that the crate was constructed with quality lumber, that it was shipped on a skid-and that damage to the painting seemed impossible. He also remarked that the employee who delivered the painting was extremely helpful and courteous in the transaction, and took extra time to explain how to open the crate. From that point in our conversation it was hard to get him to talk about anything other than how great the shipping and delivery were.
This quality of service contrasts sharply with a previous delivery by another private courier to this same collector, who left an expensive painting lying outside on his front lawn.
